Reindustrialization

Reindustrialization is the economic, social, and political process of organizing national resources for the purpose of re-establishing industries. The process often proceeds as a result of a need to reinvigorate national economies.
It contrasts with deindustrialization, the process under which industry, especially manufacturing, is relocated outside of a country's borders, and seeks to reverse that trend. Advocates of reindustrialization believe that manufacturing and other industrial jobs are more socially and economically desirable than jobs in the service sector or finance. Military or national security concerns may also motivate reindustrialization policies, reflecting a desire for self-sufficiency and fear for trade routes and supply lines in times of conflict. Reindustrialization policies may also reflect concerns over the balance of trade.

說到「當事人主義」，白話來說，其實就是負有「澄清義務」的人，是兩造當事人，而不是法官，法官只負責訴訟程序的推進，很輕鬆；當事人包括檢察官（代表國 家）、辯護人以及被告，澄清義務就是找到事實的真相，調查證據。大家不知道有無看過金凱瑞的王牌大騙子？那個很會說謊的律師，為了贏得勝訴，說謊是家常便 飯，直到他的兒子在生日上許了一個願，希望他爸爸以後都只能說實話的那部好笑的電影！法官一人獨坐台上，旁邊會傳證人坐到證人席上，台下金凱瑞飾演的律師 （辯護人）以及被告坐一邊，檢察官以及助理檢察官坐一邊，兩造互相提示證據與傳喚證人，交互詰問證人（法官不能詰問證人），進行法庭攻防，非常精采，這就 是當事人主義。
至於「職權主義」，就是負有「澄清義務」的人，就是法官大人啦，法官負責主導調查證據、找到事實真相，依照職權傳喚證人與調取證物，責任重大，非常忙碌。 而被告沒有坐在辯護人旁邊，要坐在最矮的法庭中間，抬頭向上面對三方的法官、檢察官以及辯護人，壓力比較大，被告會成為被調查的對象，也就是被告會成為證 據方法，要接受三方的訊問。
這兩種制度事實上並沒有優劣之分，有時候涉及國情的不同，所以一項制度沒有絕對的好壞，至於偉大的我國台灣呢？目前正採行一種叫做「改良式當事人進行主 義」，就是要以當事人主義為主，但是又夾雜了職權主義，想要兼兩者制度之所長，有時候很難搞得懂我們這個偉大的國家，大陸法系也抄一下，英美法系也抄一 下，有些法條參考德國，有些觀念參考日本，有些做法又參考美國，集世界大成於一身，這樣的拼裝車條文，台灣真是個奇蹟處處的國家，哈哈。

「賠率」指的是計算投注可以贏得彩金的倍率。通常是強隊的勝率越高，則賠率越低。
